Terrelique was born to manifest the trust, love, and ease that accompany feeling not only welcome, but actively included in a space.
House slippers (for everyone and their guests) are an ancient practice in Turkey - where our American, Turkish-speaking founder used to live. Our philosophy comes down to the Turkish word rahat, meaning comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. When inviting guests over, it's common for a host to use this word to let everyone know they can truly breathe and make themselves at home.
We believe a shoe-free home embodies the concept of rahat, empowering us to reclaim, curate, and share the experience of our sacred space.
Home and family are a central, cherished part of Turkish culture, and this is what we stand for. We work exclusively with a family owned factory in Gaziantep, Turkey to support the country's economy and tradition in sharing it with each of you.
Welcome to the shoe free home movement, where sharing the healing energy of rahat has never come more naturally.
As they say in Turkey - hayırlı olsun - wear it well and in good health 🧿
We are woman owned and operated. Thanks for supporting our small business.
